It's 10:45 and I am so hungry. I went out with a friend last night, and I'm proud of myself that I didn't drink alcohol, but when I got home last night I had a snack - two kiwi fruits and a green pepper with fat free ranch dressing. I had to count the snack on today's calories, and I am really hungry and wishing I could eat. I have to stay on track, though - I had two days in a row of 1600 calories last week and I know if I want to keep losing I have to reign it in and bite the bullet. Now I'm wondering what I'll eat for breakfast tomorrow. And I am so sick of only being able to swim due to an injury. Hopefully tomorrow will be better. I just have to get used to the sensation of going to bed hungry.

I am proud of you and leaving the alcohol alone, If only I could do that. Don't be too hard on yourself though. Trying to keep in a calorie limit is hard work but do keep at it. If you go over every so often it will not be the end of the world, I ma sure there will be days when you don't eat as much as you should and it will balance out. Just remember that some weeks it may be that you lose less weight, some weeks you may not lose any, but you will still be on the right track. The world will not stop turning, and your life will not be over if you do not lose as much as you think you should and those that love you will still love you and admire you for trying.
