I just could not get motivated to exercise today. I got suited up and had my gym clothes on, and went to the gym. The only exercise I can do is swimming, and I am so bored with it. I swam 16 laps instead of my usual 20. My goggles were killing my head, and I just wasn't into it, and I'm glad I got 16 in. I was also pleasantly surprised with my calories - I went to Panera for lunch and I totalled everything up and it wasn't as bad as I thought. Then I went grocery shopping and I got some really yummy sugar free chocolate pudding and ate two of them. I'm still within my calories. I even have some to spare. I'll have to have a snack later. Holding steady, I haven't lost any more weight. I wish to GOD I could exercise more instead of swimming. I know swimming is really good exercise and I do the Australian crawl and I'm a serious swimmer, but I would love love LOVE to hit the elliptical or take a cardio or yoga class. This is week 3 and my ankle is not any better. I'm going back to the doctor next week, I don't know what she'll do for me. Here's hoping it gets better!
