wow I need to stop drinking my calories. I am not "addicted" to any of them so it should be easy but its so cold this morning that I cant quit drinking warm things....next its just hot water cuz 300 breakfast calories is too many especially with no fruit.

Try drinking a glass of water before eating breakfast. It might help eliminate that extra beverage with calories and then you will have enough calories for fruit. I am like you I like fruit in the morning. Today it was blueberries in my cereal. One draw back the extra water could make you pee extra lol.
