Had a good day food and exercise wise; until 10 minutes ago when I removed a dish of cooked vegetables from the microwave, removed the plastic cover and BURNED/Steamd my fingers on my right hand. I am a lefty). Found an old salve that reduces pain and prevents bad effect of burns, but am in a lot of pain and feel hot all over......Will take pain killer and rest. CAREFUL PEOPLE HOW YOU COOK! Actually, I burned my arms slightly twice the past 2 weeks touching the oven shelves. Oh I wish I had a private cook.......

Oh main, I hate that! When I was in Kansas I was making a pot pie and burned my arm on the oven, there's still a scar there. :(

when i did that the emergency room had me saok them in milk...it really works

milk...weird.lol I have a very potent burn gel that I was given when my daughter had radiation burns on her head and neck. I still use it and it still kicks butt. Ask the pharmacists but take care of it, burns can be bad, get infected and scar too! Let us know how you do ok?
