I am down from 157, the start of the BEACH challege, to 154. I cannot congratulate myself because this has been my record for the past MONTHS. 153-157. Howevever, this being a new challenge, and my banning me from being content to be on maitenance, is my main priority. That is, my priority is to lose more weight, not to maintain..........Want to be out of the 150's at challenge's end-I have been at 150 before, but something happened to me to stop me from going to goal, and instead I have been maitaining!
154.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 26 July 2008:

I believe that when you break through the resistance of 153, you will begin to lose faster.
