After sitting and dwelling tonight after supper I told my husband it is time to get changed, we went to the gym....felt better after I was finished my workout even ran a little on the treadmill (i am not a runner, but would like to get into that).
Thanks for your comments, and i will take things slow and do little things.....eventually I will be back into the swing of things. Starting back to exercise and log that, also my weigh ins I will keep up with, then back into logging my food.
Did 2 miles on the Treadmill and burned 226 calories....
