absolutely no energy or motivation today. I missed my Wednesday zumba class and I was suppose to go do weight training this morning, but I have a long drive to go to an appointment. I'm sure that my energy level has something to do with the fact that I haven't worked out enough this week. I'm going to make an effort to go to the gym tonight. Okay, off to my appointment. Maybe I'll stop for coffee because all I really want to do right now is sleep.

I know you feel tired, but just tell yourself half an hour at the gym is better than nothing, and you may end up staying longer. You'll end up with more energy too. I know it's difficult to get motivated to do exercise, I am the same, but you will feel better afterwards
