How to workout without knowing it?
I like walking. It's easy, doesn't hurt your joints and it burns calories. I know it's not as good as a full gym workout but it's better than nothing. I think the key is to find something you enjoy. If you don't enjoy it then it won't last.

Logging exercise
I prefer to use the app for adding food, as I find it easier. Plus once you've eaten a certain thing it saves it so its just there next time you want it. When I first started calorie counting in March it used to take me ages, but then I stored my most eaten things as meals so now it only takes me a couple of minutes each day to input my food. I have tried other sites but find this one the best Smile

Also you can create your own, which is what I do. I input the calories I've burned (using my pedometer) and it takes about 3 seconds to input this. I don't log everything like working at my desk or driving, as I just class that as sitting!!

Its very very easy. If you walk 15 mins you put that in and reduce resting by 15 minutes. It couldn't be any easier

The Ticker
I thought that to start with (mine stopped working ages ago), but now I like that is says 21lb to go when really I only have 11 to go. It makes me happy at how far I've come, and grateful that it isn't still 21 to go Smile
