I just got home from the doctor. When the lady did my vitals, I told her not to tell me my weight. I was afraid I wouldn't like the number and freak out. So, she didn't tell me, but she wrote it on a paper in plain view. It said 227. So, I asked her to look up how much a weighed at my last appointment. I was 234 a month ago! Yay!! I'm pretty happy about that.
I'm still not going to weigh myself. I'm just gonna keep doing what I'm doing.
