I'm not recording a weight today because the scale couldn't make up it's mind and I'm not willing to put down a guess :) It went from high of 176.0 to low of 172.0 within a span of 4 minutes. I think it's closer to mid - high 173 but we'll see what happens tomorrow am. Maybe it'll make u it's mind better. So for today, I just need to focus and get thru the day and put in a workout of some sort before it's over. I haven't gotten ANY in this week which I know is hindering things. I'm slipping away from my "design" and need to focus again.

On a def up-note, found out that a friend I haven't seen since HS will be in town and we're meeting up tomorrow night at City Walk. Get to see him AND his 2 brothers, a sister-in-law and meet his new chickie. Did I mention one of the brothers was my HS sweetheart? Yeah, should be interesting. Really looking forward to seeing them all though. Makes me REALLY wish I'd been more on target with the workouts though ;)

Oh well, designing my life and loving every minute of it!!
