Weight has stayed the same for two weeks, I know it is because I have not exercised.....things are in a low still trying to get back from the shock of my sister's death. I am keeping up with food and watching what I am eating and the quantity. I guess I can ask a stupid question????? I haven't been to the gym, however I am staying active with work and when I am hope cleaning and getting rid of things I don't want anymore.....would that count towards a little workout???

What does everyone think about that??? When I say cleaning I mean cleaning lots of bending and pushing and lifting....imput please!!!
