Lunch with girlfriend - chinese food, when I thought we were doing Subway. Plan was flexible. Will be drinking my supper.

Yeah - the candy corn and the malted robin eggs...then my sil made an amazing carrot cake with cream cheese icing and cadbury eggs. Seriously...it was all so good....trying to get back in the swing of things....I was up to 223 from 221 last week. NOT the direction of choice. Sure the homemade sheperds pie I made yesterday didn't help. It was my grandmother's receipe and one of my favorites. Go figure my version - with the same ingredients - didn't taste as yummy as I remembered hers was. Thinking of spicing it up a little. Couldn't cause my mom can't handle the heat. :O)
