Today is Saturday because I am home I ended up eating earlier than I did on the work week which is alright. Watching an Anthony Hopkins movie with hubby and cooking chicken with mixed veggies for the family.

Sounds like fun, I'm skipping dinner. I had a sweet snack today, oops lol. well I seem to do that nearly everyday xP

I will have something sweet tonight since my sister and niece are making dinner. My one meal with dessert will be at 4:00 p.m. today. I look forward to it. I am sipping oolong tea with lemon juice this morning. It is so satisfying.
