Need advise from people who have or do suffer with injured ankle/leg
Also, I've thought about both physical therapy and hydrotherapy but we can't afford it and if we could I would make sure my grandma got it because she has back problems and it was suggested that she do so.

I live in Missouri with my grandparents, way out in the woods, we even have black bears, a few mountain lions and eagles living wild around us lol. I still have an ed and I know it affects my energy levels as well as making me under nourished.. in pictures people can't tell because I'm good at editing out the darkness under my eyes. lately I've been taking multi vitamins and eating more even though I hate it, honestly the only time I'm content with myself is when my intake is bellow 900 cals. It drives me crazy when it goes above 1000 cals. I know for sure I don't get enough protein, I've been looking into high protein foods and powders for a very long time but have yet to act on it. Next time I go to walmart I'll see about buying some protein powder because there is no way I'll get enough protein without it.

Need advise from people who have or do suffer with injured ankle/leg
Okay well here is a semi quick back story... When I was 6 or 7 years old I was bitten twice by a copperhead and left with a poor immune system (can't remember if there were other issues) and again 2 years ago I was bitten on my right ankle... The snake bite 2 years ago did more damage then people would think by looking at me. I become ill very easy and my right leg/ankle give me a lot of problems. Just walking around doing normal things can cause my ankle to begin to hurt(I have yet to figure out what exactly causes it). I can't walk on my treadmill above 2.5 mph even 5 minutes before my ankle/knee get very stiff and I suffer sharp pains when walking for the next few days.

I believe I might have muscle damage, maybe even ligament damage... (Any doctors I've talked to didn't know the long term side affects the bite would have especially since it has happened twice to me). I'm hoping that if I start out with easy exercises I might be able to repair some of the damage done. Sad thing is I have very little resources for exercise that don't have risk of hurting my ankle further. I could really use some help and if anyone suffers similar I would love to get in contact with you. I am honestly very worried about my health and its decline, please comment if you have any tips/advise for me even if it doesn't directly have to do with my subject.
