This is an AM weigh in. Always a pound heavier at this time of day. I was bad while BR was out of town. Beer and Girl Scout cookies. But not 3 pounds worth. This should resolve itself in a day or so. Drink more water.
174.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
