Had a weak moment this afternoon...there were some fresh muffins on the counter at the office and I hadn't had my afternoon snack, so I grabbed one. It was really good, so another seemed to follow it into my stomach...damn! I only thought about it when I was half way done the second one, at which point it really was too late. But even with the muffin attack, I still stayed close to my RDI (101%)...so I will have to make sure I have my snacks on time so that there are no cravings tomorrow. Although I will one of the few working in the office over the weekend due to the Easter holiday (we celebrate Good Friday), but I don't want to take any chances.
Other than that, I had a pretty good day. Hope everyone else is having a great week.
