It is official. I am at my goal. Since the first of the year I have lost 30 pounds. I think I need to make a commercial with my fat pants. The road is not finished. I will think about a new goal (I am still technically overweight). A BMI of 25 sounds nice. We shall see.
170.0 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
