This was a little bit of a shock. The weight has been coming off slower and now in just a couple of days I am down almost three pounds. Maybe it will bounce back up tomorrow, but today I am essentially at my goal. I think my next goal will be a BMI of 25. That is a goal weight of 164. My target date is the end of April.
