The week went quite well. No major cravings and nice on various days to make cookies, pizza and popcorn for my boys and not even consider touching it.

The weekend I found myself hungry during the afternoon activities. I have been unable to find the Walden Farms items here in Moncton to help me better enjoy salads and meal prep.

I know I am not eating enough lettuce at this point, but I am typically overdone on the 4 cups of vegetables a day already. I will focus on more lettuce this week, hopefully I will be more regular in washroom as I think that may be an indicator of the reduced rate at which I lost the weight. However, I understand the rate will not be as radical as my first week as it will now be chewing through the fat!

Drinking huge amounts of water, all other items strictly adhered to, other than the three protein items a day for the first couple of days this past week. Sticking to that no matter what the second half and going forward.
232.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
