Easter weekend visiting with family made 100% following a bit more difficult. Not sweets or anything like that, just the protein and salad type. I had to eat Ham on Friday and the salad was fine, except that they had Rice Vinegar with a touch of sugar and parmesan in it. So that was my miss for the week. Not bad of a cheat on a candy weekend... making Easter treats for the kids, and a Birthday party for my 8 year old - where there was 3 different cakes involved and I had none. So really, I could say I am following it 100%, as the only miss I made was on a type of protein and salad!
226.0 lb Lost so far: 27.0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
