15lbs in first week, feeling good, energy is high.

First few days was a struggle. Learning my tastes and coach says that I can spread things more through the day as long as I stick to the servings overall. Going to make a veggie tray for each day, rather than a massive lunch salad. Also going to make a veggie soup!
238.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 48.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Great idea....I sit at a desk all day and I think a veggie tray would work for me.

It has definitely made it easier to spread it out. I found it so tough to eat all in a lunch sitting. Plus time is not always on your side!
