Just got out of zumba, did some crunches, took a shower, and wanted a treat. So, I got some watermelon. I've never been in love with watermelon, but it taste so good right now. I'm enjoying it more than anything I've had today. For 30 calories, you can't beat it. I think I'll be buying a lot more watermelon. Yum

I like that attitude. Watermelon is a pretty good investment. It does taste good, and it's low cal. Win! :)

Since I was enjoying it so much, I thought I better make sure this is okay. It seems like nothing that you love is ever good for you. So, I looked at all the nutrition facts. It has like 19 grams of sugar per serving. Should I be concerned about that?

I saw your comment and bc I love watermelon and had to chime in. I have an article that lists watermelon in the top 10 superfoods! Evidently it's full of nutrients, and even though it has natural sugars like most fruits, I wouldn't be concerned about that unless you're restriciting sugars. If you're counting calories like I am, it's a great treat!
