Does anyone know how many carb do I have to comsume to lose 10 lb in two (2) weeks....do I have to keep it down from 12 to 15 gram of carbs or may I eat a bit more and still lose the same amount of weight....help....Thank you for you input

It doesn't really work that way. Regardless of how well we follow the instructions in Dr. Atkins' New Diet Revolution (which you should buy and read if you haven't already), some of us lose faster than others. You may lose 10 lbs in 2 weeks, or 5 pounds, or even 20. Just go day by day, taking the long view of things, and you'll get there eventually. This is for life, right?

Thank you Lemonella....I know that I should take one day at a time not to rush into it because I seen where there have been failure when we want to speed into it...we give up and nothing would be accomplish
