I'm two degrees from Kevin Bacon and JFK. I'm here to chronicle my progress and weight loss while transitioning to a low carb, high fat lifestyle. Originally, I followed the Atkins Diet, but over time I fell into a generic ketogenic way of doing things. It's commonly called keto, and it's very similar to Atkins.
