So its been three weeks since I clocked in. I've been away getting married and eating far off plan for a week or more. Gained more that I would have liked but less that it could have been!

Back on track today with my sweetheart.
227.0 lb Lost so far: 45.5 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
