It seems that things are going pretty slow. But at least the numbers are still going down.
297.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 140.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1833 kcal Fat: 55.39g | Prot: 77.03g | Carb: 272.43g.   Breakfast: milk, frozen spinach, honey, yogurt, 7 Grain Hot Cereal, frozen mixed berries. Lunch: Kiwi fruit, Chunky Corn Chowder, Snap Green Beans, pudding cup, String Cheese with 2% Milk, Graham Cracker. Dinner: Chocolate Ice Cream, Cheesy Broccoli Soup . Snacks/Other: Jolly Rancher, Tangerine, dill pickle, baby carrots, celery, Beef Jerky, Baked Ruffles. more...
