I had quite a struggle staying within may calorie range this past week. I for the first time since beginning to limit may food intake I have been extremely hungry all the time. I am not sure what is causing this. I hope I find out soon!
298.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 141.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 11 March 2013:
1798 kcal Fat: 39.49g | Prot: 52.85g | Carb: 323.41g.   Breakfast: milk, frozen spinach, honey, yogurt, 7 Grain Hot Cereal, frozen mixed berries. Lunch: ruffles baked potato chips, Graham Cracker, Grapes, celery, pudding cup, Chunky Clam Chowder, dill pickle, baby carrots, Kiwi fruit. Dinner: Butter, chocolate ice cream, Italian Bread, Happy Harvest Sliced Carrots, Seasoned Shredded Pork in Original BBQ Sauce. Snacks/Other: Jolly Rancher. more...

Try eating more protein based meals, such as lean fish, chicken and even pork. And less Carbs. You are really carb heavy on your food journal and it does not satisfiy your body for long and breaks down into simple sugars which the body absorbs rapidly for quick energy. Protein takes longer to breakdown and satifisies for long periods of time. I hope this helps you on your journey.

ya- you aren't hungry if you don't eat carbs. It sounds hard but it's not. You can have a look at my diet calendar if you want to see how it goes. People say no they need to learn how to eat right but we all know how, really. So mine is not a life style change- it's a DIET- because I don't want to eat this forever.
