Okay so I'm failing at eating at least 1000 calories a day... I was fine until I did something stupid and weighed myself on Friday evening and found I was 5lb heavier... O.O!

I know it can't be fat. As I've not eaten enough calories to have gained that. But it shook me anyway and I slipped back into bad habits.

Today's been a duvet day is cold and 'orrible and my bed is cosy.

I've bought a pair of 38" waist jeans as my 40"ones are starting to slip at the back.

Went to tesco yesterday to try on some clothes and work out my current size... Still between xxl and xxxl button down shirts. Only a little bit of a gape when sat down in an xxl and probably only me that would notice but as I did I have a problem with it.

Definitely xxl t-shirts though! Tried on some 38 jeans and couldn't even do them up which was odd... Then realised they were slim fit! Couldn't be bothered going back and looking for normal ones. :/

Well we weigh more in the evening than in the morning. All the food you eat and drink all day are in your stomach. You can easily gain 5 or more pounds throughout the day. Don't weigh in the evening if it bothers you. Weigh in the morning, before eating or drinking anything and after going to the bathroom. Always weigh on the same scale, same time, same clothes for the most accurate gauge of weight loss. Google "why the scale lies" to understand why our weight fluctuates throughout the day.
