Okay I let myself fast on Tuesday and that worked out alright as the thought of eating made me nauseous as I was still so full from Monday.

I ate over 1000 calories yesterday. I have done so again today (though barely).

The odd thing is, last week when I was stupidly starving myself I never felt hungry. I feel hungry how and I've ust eaten a huge plate of food. :/

I think it could be a bit like what you said the other day, when you push past hunger, your stomach shrinks, etc and even though your body needs the food, you don't feel hungry. But glad to hear that you got over the 1000 calories, in the long run this will serve you far better.

I may have just made a bad choice with Shirataki for my lunch. But I needed something which will fill me up and stop me going out and eating more from the comic relief bakesale in the office kitchen. So-far I've limited it to half an apple cake, and half a bite of a biscuit (cookie for the Americans). Luckily for me neither was very nice. LOL
