Another good food day...forgot to take carrots with my lunch, but I really didn't miss them...in fact, I missed lunch by an hour so I couldn't have been that hungry.

Now that I've eaten my salad & chicken, I feel stuffed! It just amazes me how eating better choices can fill you up on so few calories. I thought I would be starving at this level of calories, but I'm actually feeling full!

I'm almost out of chicken breast though, so I may go pick up some Halibut filets...a little change is good! I'll probably prepare it the same way and eat it with the salad...gotta get something to get me through the last four meals before I head back home!

Just have to get back on the exercise wagon. I've been slacking off and not doing as much as I should...doing less reps...anyway, I'm still happy with my diet and I'm not craving anything unless I wait too long to eat, then all bets are off...or if I go out for dinner, it's harder to limit the calories, too much sauce & creams...

I'm having a great week, so I hope everyone else is too.
