I'm finding that if I leave my afternoon snack until 4pm, I am really not very hungry in the evening...I'm just having a salad again tonight...maybe I'll have a larger breakfast so that I'm not missing nutrients?
Anyway, I'll take the lower calories and no cravings...thank you!
