Today was not a great food day, but I knew it wouldn't be...if I had skipped the beer, it would have been okay...but met a friend for dinner that I haven't seen in over a year, sometimes a cheat is worth it!
Other than that, the diet is going well...under my RDI and not feeling hungry, all good!
I'm just going to keep up the effort and see what the pay off is when I get home!
