Missed five days of workouts last week. Ridiculous. Now I have three weeks and one day before the deadline of my birthday. My goal is to drop below 210 by then. I plan on cardio 3 hours a day for the next week and hopefully all three weeks. This week really counts a lot toward hitting my goal by April 3rd.
