I would like to say that my weight gain is due to my muscles retaining water, because they are sore... However, taking a look at my diet calendar will prove otherwise.

These past two days have been a delicious nightmare for my diet. I need to remind myself that just because I reached my goal doesn't mean I can eat however I want; I need to maintain my focus to maintain my weight loss.

It's a new day today, let's do this!

IMO reaching your goal does mean you can eat what you want... But it also means you need to be vigilant and cut back when you've taken in excessively.

I bought some dark chocolate yesterday and had a little and it was delicious. My weight has been doing great. Bounces back and forth a pound or two but never at a high constant so I just don't worry about it. I had to ditch the popcorn though. Kept wanting to eat it everyday and I kept thinking that can't be healthy with the fatty butter everyday. When my face had a couple new breakouts I knew my brain was right. No fatty greasy yuck = no breakouts. Going to take my kids to the park and zoo today since they have no school and it is going to be 60 degrees today! YAY. Man I miss talking to you lately I have been too busy.

IACJF: Have you seen butterbuds? You can get the butter flavour on your popcorn without the fat and calories (or most of anyway)

Thanks riocaz! It's hard to do, but I'm trying. :) iamachristianjesusfreak, have you tried Kettle Corn? I love it, but my fiancé thinks it's too sweet. I hope you have fun at the park and zoo! It sounds like a fantastic day out with an awesome mom! Don't worry about being busy! It happens. :D
