So for the last couple of weeks I have been extremely hungry. I am wondering if this is because I am jogging and adding time to the jogging. Today I got up to 40 minutes.

I would suspect that might be the case. Are you getting enough protein and fat? That makes a big difference as well. Great job with the jogging!! Have an awesome day!
