So today was a very busy day at work and by the end of the day the biscuits in the office seemed to be screaming at me. But I resisted and stuck to fruit (emergency Kiwi fruit saved me). It's hard to resist but I really am seeing that the less processed sweet foods I eat, the smaller the cravings are.
Also, having reduced the sugary foods (and simple carbs) for 2/3 weeks, I've finally started exercising again. Can't believe how lethargic what I ate was making me feel before.
I felt ok to sign up to a challenge on here which calls for 30 mins exercise a day. I've dusted off my Wii fit. Wish me luck!
