Ok, so having read 'Fat chance' by Dr R Lustig, I realised I needed to seriously cut down how much sugar I eat.

With Lent coming up I thought I'd give it a try, record my foods and try and cut down to 1 'Red' food a week (from 18 in week 1!)
138.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
