Weighed at 6pm. Surprised. Really thought it would be higher. I've been sticking close to the plan (other than that Starbucks cookie). Maybe it was the spin classes?
180.5 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 20.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
