Super over it. I'm done dieting. Haven't lost a thing since august. Did a fat fast, different exercises, went back on induction for a while, nothing worked. I'm sick of watching everyone around me eat while I try to maintain on all levels. Can't do low cal cause it doesn't work. Don't know what to do at this point.

I had the same problem, and still do of sorts because my thyroid is too slow. Have you had your thyroid checked lately? I have mine checked every 5 weeks until they can balance it. Even though you are not losing weight have you lost inches?

@hopeforhealth I may have to look into that, I'm just so over it right now, I don't even want to think about what I'm eating right now. And I know that can be very dangerous lol. And @weekendergirl I have had my thyroid checked a lot. It's always in the normal range. I even started taking a vitamin thats supposed to boost your thyroid for people like me, and still nothing. Just lost as to what to do. I love atkins, I had quick results and it made me feel so much better. But when u don't see any results for a very long time, you start to resent all of the planning and management and tracking after a while. But thank you both for your input. Hey hope4health I would love to know how you do your alternate fasting.

I too stalled on Atkins, so after researching, I switched to a LCHF ketogenic diet. Basically, you eat a bit less protein, but add fats, while keeping carbs very low, under 20 g. This got me losing again, slow but steady. Since I was already doing low carb, I didn't experience the initial drop of several pounds, but it got the scale moving. I try to keep my macros at least 65 percent fat, 25 percent protein and 5 percent carbs. More often than not, I try to have my fat in the 70 percent range. The carbs I eat are leafy greens or cruciferous vegetables. Ways to increase fat are by adding coconut oil, butter to eggs and veggies, etc. Try not to overdo on protein, too much can stall weight loss. I use organic heavy whole cream in my coffee, no carbs. Don't give up, you just need to tweak your plan! Good luck!

I just looked at your diet log and see that you have a lot of cheese...they say that can impede weight loss. Also the Atkins products do not help either, many low careers pat about that frequently. I see your macros are pretty good, just try staying away from the Atkins stuff, limit cheese, and eat only whole real foods, no artificial, processed products. It might be worth a try!

I appreciate all the advice! Thank you both a bunch. I think once I can get past this feeling I'm going to look into both of the alternate fast and the lchf ketogenic diet. I just need to get my mind in the right place first. I can't figure out why I was so gunho for so long and now if I even hear the word diet I want to throw up. It literally happened over night, and I did everything I could think of to not let myself give up. Well, let's just hope I don't gain until I can get this figured out lol.
