I feel like I need to go back on induction for a while. I feel like I have my head in the right place again. I was feeling pretty defeated there for a while, but I'm not ready to give up. Gonna start today, I don't want to waste any time getting back on track. Hopefully I can see a loss again and not get to a plateau that just won't go away again.
