I'm not sure my weight is accurate today. I weighed on a different scale than my own. But, I wanted to get it recorded to remind myself how good it feels to see the scale go down!
233.5 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 53.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
