I'm not sure my weight is accurate today. I weighed on a different scale than my own. But, I wanted to get it recorded to remind myself how good it feels to see the scale go down!
233.5 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 53.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

2095 kcal Fat: 77.49g | Prot: 119.78g | Carb: 220.37g.   Breakfast: old fashioned oatmeal, skim milk, truvia, coffeemate original, coffee, strawberries. Lunch: white bread, pork chop, romaine lettuce, miracle whip. Dinner: lettuce salad, cheddar cheese, low fat french dressing, broiled fish, wild rice. Snacks/Other: banana muffin, nut muffin, nut muffin. more...
