Yikes! I did pretty well today but had an extra rhubarb muffin for a snack tonight. It put me at 123% of my RDI. Shoot. I had hoped not to go over my 1700 calories but.....Oh well, I still feel pretty good about today. We went out for dinner tonight and I made healthy choices though tempted to indulge my cravings...I didn't. And that's what counts. I hope you all had a healthy day too. Goodnight.
