Didn't lose yesterday...don't know why. Pretty much did everything and stayed under 20 carbs..maybe Sunday will show something.

Diet Calendar Entry for 02 March 2013:

The sugar free creamer and especially the Atkins bars and candy that you've been eating have been known to cause stalls in weight loss in mnay people (even though they say it's ok for induction, even if only eaten once a week). Perhaps remove those totally from your diet and "redo" Induction for a couple of weeks to see if that helps...worked for me!

I personally would stop eating ANY processed foods at all. Your body struggles big time with what to do with all those chemicals, genetically modified grain fillers... can't argue with whole foods and organic whenever you can. Take a look at JJ Virgin.com diet... out of 19 diets it's working for me and I've never felt better physically or mentally.... check her out :)
