Hi... I live in Mississauga, (Toronto GTA) Ontario Canada. I'm 65, live alone with my BIG dog, I'm a Realtor and I have a son with two awesome grandchildren... a girl 9 and a boy 3. All three are the joys of my life!
I have been fighting my weight for as long as I can remember especially since menopause and now I feel like a matronly woman although I don't look or act my age other than my weight.
I'm tall 5'8" and it's much harder to loose weighr at this age and diminished activity level.
I am pretty determined to take off 30 more lbs this year 2013. I want to lose 2 pounds per week. Here I go AGAIN but now I'm eliminating 7 intolerant foods from my diet that are; Dairy, Corn, Gluten, Soy, Eggs, Peanuts, Sugar (more than 4g per serving in whole foods)and all artifical sugar substitutes.
I've joined a Health Club and love it... offers Squash, swimming, Pilates, etc etc so it's happening and I'm down 15 pounds in mid January.
