Hi... I'm a Realtor in Mississauga, (Toronto GTA) Ontario Canada. I'm 68 (look 58), live alone with my BIG dog, and I have a son who is a celebrity chef in Toronto and owns a restaurant called Antler www.antlerkitchenbar.com, check it out. I have two awesome grandchildren... a girl 13 and a boy 6 and are the joys of my life!

My activities right now are riding my horse and walking my dog.

I have been fighting my weight for as long as I can remember especially since menopause and now I feel like a matronly woman although I don't look or act my age other than my weight.

I am pretty determined right now to take off 30 lbs this year 2016-2017. I want to lose 2 pounds per week. Here I go AGAIN but counting calories, watching sugar intake, and keeping on top of entering my food and joining challenges here really works best for me.

Let's Giddy Up and get this done!

the exercise diary
After you enter your activity and the length of time you did it for... then it asks you "did you do this activity instead of resting (16 hrs) or sleeping (Cool and I just click the resting one and it will do all the caluculations for you. the important thing is that you record your activity and times each day to keep track of what you are doing and over time you will see how much calories and excercise you really have to do to loose a pound or two.

Hope this helps a bit.

I can't unfortuantely get the recorded stuff on the BB to enter on to my on-line account I set up. I think I should have set up the BB account first... have you been able to get your recordings to record on the website on-line?

BlackBerry App Sync Help Please
I have activated a profile/account on-line and downloaded the FatSecret app to my BB but I can't get what I have entered and recorded in my BB to show up here on-line. What do I need to do to make them Sync??? Any suggestions/ideas????
