I tracked my last three days of food intake on cronometer(dot)com, and I have to say, the Nutribullet is affording me incredible levels of nutrition. The DV on the large majority of nutrients and minerals is in excess of 200%, I've got a 3:1 omega-6 to omega-3 ratio, and plenty of monounsaturanted and polyunsaturated fats while getting relatively low amounts of sodium and plenty of fiber.
I can feel there's all kinds of things going on with my body, exactly what I'm not sure. The weirdest part is that I'm cold and have goosebumps all the time. I typically almost never feel cold. Even when I was a skinny teenager everything above freezing was T-shirt weather.
