Did the Kinect for a little over an hour for the first time in a dog's age. I think the easy weight loss is over, and we're really getting to the serious visceral fat that's a lot more difficult to burn. Probably going to start doing a three times a week weight routine as well as I think walking isn't really cutting it. Expecting the scale to be at best static tomorrow, as I drank a ton of water because I was a lot more dehydrated than I thought.
I have in mind that study I read on Korean grass fed beef vs. Australian grain fed beef, which found that the melting point of the fat on Aussie beef was nearly 100C higher. If corn fatty acids are that well bonded, I can only imagine how difficult the decades long accumulation of trans-fats are to utilize. They're going to be the very last thing the body uses as a fuel source.
