I fixed the Medifast Chocolate Shake and made it delicious! I heard blending it with ice instead of just shaking it made it good, it didn't do it for me. BUT, blending it with ice and a tsp of Folgers Instant Coffee made it delicious! I'm not even a coffee drinker, but the coffee really took the yucky sweetness of the shake and covered the weird flavor that doesn't do it for me. I think I'm starting to get the hang of this whole Medifast thing. I can do it! I CAN DO IT!!! :)

Yep....do your foods to taste your own way is the key to success on medifast.
