GoWear Fit VS. Bodybugg... Please Help!!
I am considering investing in either a GoWear fit or a Bodybugg.

I need help and advice on which one to actually buy. What are the advantages/disadvantages of each. I know they are made by the same company and the costs are very similar. But info comparing them is really hard to find.

Is there anyone out there with experience that can offer advice please!!!

From Obese to Fit with Calorie Counting and Exercise!
Thank you for sharing! When I have such a big number to lose, it is nice to see an example of someone who just stuck it out and did it. It gives me some drive that I can do it. Just some time and determination.

HI! New to fatsecret
I'm a 28-year-old female from Indiana. I discovered fatsecret through my android calorie counter app and decided to join for recipes and support.

I have been trying to lose weight for a long time, but I'm trying to get really serious about it for the long haul. Looking for buddies to help me along the way.

New to Counting Calories
If you have a cell phone that supports apps, download the calorie counter app!! Best ever. You can just scan the barcode on foods and add them right into your daily count.
My advice is to plan ahead. Map out your meals in the morning or 1 day ahead. That way you will be less likely to cheat and you know you will have enough calories left at the end of the day to eat a sensible dinner. Good Luck!
