Adding on to yesterday's journal. I was 2 pounds down on weigh in day and 1 whole pound more after the next day for a total of 3 pounds! Yay.
193.5 lb Lost so far: 4.5 lb.    Still to go: 28.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
