Two days after the sacrificial "pre weigh in day". But I ate about 45 points yesterday...at least 10 over. So maybe you reap the benefits a couple days later?
193.5 lb Lost so far: 4.5 lb.    Still to go: 28.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
